أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: إِنْ كَبِرَتْ وَعَنَسَتْ - يَعْنِي بِالْعَنْسِ الْكِبَرَ - وَهِيَ عَانِقٌ لَمْ تُزَوَّجْ بَعْدُ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَلَمْ تُنْكَحْ - كَيْفَ ؟ قَالَ: " يَجُوزُ لَهَا إِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ الْحَدِيثَةِ، فَإِذَا كَبِرَتْ وَعَلِمَتْ جَازَ لَهَا
