أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَصَدَّقَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ بِشَيْءٍ، فَلَمْ يَقْبِضُوهُ حَتَّى مَاتَ الْمَتَّصَدِّقُ، قَالَ: " هُوَ فِي الثُّلُثِ
