أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ بَيْنَ الرَّجُلِ وَامْرَأَتِهِ حِيَازَةٌ إِذَا وَهَبَتْ لَهُ أَوْ وَهَبَ لَهَا
