عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ شَرِيكًا لِابْنِهِ فِي مَالٍ فَيَقُولُ أَبُوهُ: لَكَ مِائَةُ دِينَارٍ مِنَ الْمَالِ الَّذِي بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ قَالَ: " قَضَى أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ حَتَّى يَحُوزَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ وَيَعْزِلَهُ "
