عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَرَّرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ:
إِنَّ رَجُلًا خَرَجَ مُسَافِرًا فَأَوْصَى لِرَجُلٍ بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ، فَقُتِلَ الرَّجُلُ فِي سَفَرِهِ ذَلِكَ فَرُفِعَ أَمْرُهُ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَأَعْطَاهُ ثُلُثَ الْمَالِ وَثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ
