عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةُ الْمَعْتُوهِ، وَلَا الْمُبَرْسَمِ، وَلَا الْمُوَسْوَسِ، وَلَا صَدَقَتُهُ، وَلَا عَتَاقُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُشْهَدَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَعْقِلُ
