أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَأْذِنُ وَرَثَتَهُ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ فَيَأْذَنُونَ لَهُ قَالَ: " هُمْ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا نَفَضُوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ مِنْ قَبْرِهِ
