عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى لِرَجُلٍ بِوَصِيَّةٍ أَوْ وَهَبَ لَهُ هِبَةً وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ فَمَاتَ الْمُوصَى لَهُ أَوِ الْمَوْهُوبُ لَهُ قَبْلَ الَّذِي أَوْصَى لَهُ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَا لِوَرَثَتِهِ شَيْءٌ
