عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الْوَصِيَّةُ أَوْصَى إِنْسَانٌ فِي أَمْرٍ، فَرَأَيْتُ غَيْرَهُ خَيْرًا مِنْهُ قَالَ: " فَافْعَلِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ مَا لَمْ يُسَمِّ إِنْسَانًا بِاسْمِهِ، وَإِنْ قَالَ لِلْمَسَاكِينِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَرَأَيْتَ خَيْرًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَافْعَلِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ: لِيُنَفَّذْ قَوْلُهُ، قَالَ: " وَقَوْلُهُ الْأَوَّلُ أَعْجَبُ إِلَيَّ
