إِذَا أَوْصَى لِمَسَاكِينَ بُدِئَ بِمَسَاكِينِ ذِي قَرَابَتِهِ، فَإِنْ أَوْصَى لِقَوْمٍ وَسَمَّاهُمْ أَعْطَيْنَا مَنْ سَمَّى لَهُ
