Translation

✧ When the polytheists of Quraysh came to the Prophet ﷺ in Madinah regarding their captives who were taken at Badr, they used to spend the night in the mosque of the Prophet ﷺ. Among them was Jubayr b. Mut'im, and Jubayr used to hear the recitation of the Prophet ﷺ, while Jubayr was at that time a polytheist.
