عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَفَرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
الْجَدُّ يَجُرُّ الْوَلَاءَ يَقُولُ: " الْوَلَاءُ.. رَجُلٌ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ أَبَاهُ عَبْدًا وَجَدَهُ حُرًّا " قَالَ: " يَجُرُّ الْجَدُّ الْوَلَاءَ
