أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُعْتِقُ عَبْدَهُ سَائِبَةً أَيَجْعَلُ وَلَاءَهُ لِمَنْ شَاءَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ سَيِّدُهُ مِنْهُ فِي شَيْءٍ يَرِثُهُ السُّلْطَانُ وَيَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ
