أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
السَّائِبَةُ يَرِثُهُ مَوْلَاهُ الَّذِي أَعْتَقَهُ، وَيَرِثُهُ عَنْهُ
