أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
قَضَى عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فِي " رَجُلٍ وَالَى قَوْمًا فَجَعَلَ مِيرَاثَهُ لَهُمْ وَعَقْلَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ
