عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ،
سُئِلَ عَنْ إِطْعَامِ الْيَهُودِيِّ، وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ قَالَ: " يُجْزِئُهُ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: " لَا يُجْزِئُهُ "، وَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ: أَرْجُو أَنْ يُجْزِئَهُ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدْ مُسْلِمِينَ، وَيُعْطِي الْمُكَاتَبَ وَذَا الرَّحِمِ لَا يُجْبَرُ عَلَى نَفَقَتِهِ "
