عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:
قَالَ رَجُلٌ: وَاللهِ لَا أَفْعَلُ كَذَا وَكَذَا - لِأَمْرَيْنِ شَتَّى عَمَّهُمَا بِالْيَمِينِ - قَالَ: " كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ، قُلْتُ لَهُ: وَاللهِ لَا أَفْعَلُ كَذَا، وَاللهِ لَا أَفْعَلُ كَذَا - لِأَمْرَيْنِ شَتَّى - هُوَ قَوْلٌ وَاحِدٌ، وَلَكِنَّهُ خَصَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ بِيَمِينٍ قَالَ: " كَفَّارَتَانِ ". قَالَ: فَإِنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى أَمْرٍ وَاحِدٍ وَاحِدَةً لِقَوْمٍ شَتَّى، أَوْ حَلَفَ عَلَيْهِ أَيْمَانًا تَتْرَى، أَيْمَانًا بِأَيْمَانٍ شَتَّى، فَكَفَّارَتُهُنَّ شَتَّى، يُكَفِّرُهُنَّ جَمِيعًا إِنْ حَنِثَ قَالَ: " فَإِنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى أَمْرٍ وَاحِدٍ بِاللهِ، فَفِي ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ مَا لَمْ يُكَفِّرْ
