عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً، سُئِلَ عَنْ قَوْلِ الرَّجُلِ: عَلَيَّ عَهْدُ اللهِ وَمِيثَاقُهُ، ثُمَّ يَحْنَثُ، أَيَمِينٌ هِيَ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَوَى الْيَمِينَ، أَوْ قَالَ: أَخْزَانِي اللهُ، أَوْ قَالَ: عَلَيَّ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ، أَوْ قَالَ: أُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ أَوْ أَكْفُرُ بِاللهِ، أَوْ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، قَالَ: " لَا، إِلَّا مَا حَلَفَ بِاللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
