عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:
رَآنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: وَأَنَا أُصَلِّي عِنْدَ قَبْرٍ، فَجَعَلَ يَقُولُ: الْقَبْرُ قَالَ: - فَحَسِبْتُهُ يَقُولُ: الْقَمَرُ - قَالَ: فَجَعَلْتُ أَرْفَعُ رَأْسِي إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَأَنْظُرُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا أَقُولُ الْقَبْرُ، لَا تُصَلِّ إِلَيْهِ. قَالَ ثَابِتٌ: فَكَانَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ يَأْخُذُ بِيَدِي إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فَيَتَنَحَّى عَنِ الْقُبُورِ
Translation
✧ Umar b. al-Khattab saw me while I was praying at a grave. He began saying: 'The grave.' He said: 'I thought he was saying: the moon.' He said: 'So I began raising my head to the sky and looking.' He said: 'I only mean the grave. Do not pray towards it.' Thabit said: 'Anas b. Malik used to take me by the hand when he wanted to pray and then move away from the graves.'
