إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الْمُكَاتَبَانِ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ، هَذَا هَذَا مِنْ سَيِّدِهِ، وَهَذَا هَذَا مِنْ سَيِّدِهِ، فَالْبَيْعُ لِلْأَوَّلِ
