عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ،
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى غُلَامًا مَجْنُونًا، فَأَعْتَقَهُ، وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ، قَالَ: " يُرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ مَا بَيْنَ الصِّحَّةِ وَالْجُنُونِ، ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُ فِي رَقَبَةٍ أَوْ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهِ
