عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: إِنْ جَرَّ الْمُكَاتَبُ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ جَرِيرَةً فِيهَا مِائَةُ دِينَارٍ، وَهُوَ ثَمَنُ مِائَتَيْ، أَوْ جَرَّ جَرِيرَةً فِيهَا مِائَةُ دِينَارٍ وَهُوَ ثَمَنُ خَمْسِينَ، أَلَيْسَ يُسْلِمُهُ فِي كُلِّ ذَلِكَ إِنْ شَاءَ ؟ قَالَ: " بَلَى
