عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ لَهُ أَوْلَادٌ مَعَهُ فِي كِتَابَتِهِ وَأَوْلَادٌ لَيْسُوا فِي كِتَابَتِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يُؤَدِّي مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ كِتَابَتِهِ، ثُمَّ يَقْسِمُ بَيْنَهُمْ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ مَالِهِ عَلَى فَرَائِضِهِمْ ".
