عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: فَالْمُكَاتَبُ لَا يَشْتَرِطُ أَنَّ مَا وَلَدَتْ مِنْ وَلَدٍ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ كِتَابَتِي، يَسْكُتُ هُوَ وَسَيِّدُهُ، فَلَا يَذْكُرَانِ مَا حَدَثَ لَهُ مِنْ وَلَدٍ، ثُمَّ يُولَدُ لَهُ قَالَ: " هُوَ فِي كِتَابَتِهِ
