عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ مَنْ مَضَى يَشْتَرِطُونَ عَلَى مُكَاتَبِيهِمْ أَنَّ لَنَا خُلْعَكَ يَوْمَ تَعْتِقُ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: وَأَقُولُ أَنَا: " كُلُّ شَرْطٍ عِنْدَ الْمُكَاتَبَةِ فَجَائِزٌ ".
