أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا شَرَطَ السَّيِّدُ عَلَى مُكَاتَبِهِ هَدِيَّةَ كَبْشٍ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ.
