إِنْ شَرَطُوا عَلَى الْمُكَاتَبِ أَنَّ لَنَا سَهْمًا فِي مِيرَاثِكَ فَشَرْطُهُمْ بَاطِلٌ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ ".
