عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ:
يُقَالُ: الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ فِيمَا وَافَقَ الْحَقَّ قَالَ: وَسُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كُوتِبَ وَشَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُهُ أَنَّ لَنَا سَهْمًا فِي مِيرَاثِكَ، قَالَ: " لَا، شَرْطُ اللهِ قَبْلَ شَرْطِهِمْ ".
