أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
كَانَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ يَشْتَرِي الْأَمَةَ بِعَشَرَةِ دَنَانِيرَ، أَوْ نَحْوِ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ يُكَاتِبُهَا فَيَتْرُكُهَا فَتَسْأَلُ النَّاسَ، فَكَانَ قَتَادَةُ يَنْهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ ".
