أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
كَانَ كَعْبُ بْنُ سَوْرٍ يُحَلِّفُ أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ، يَضَعُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ الْإِنْجِيلَ، ثُمَّ يَأْتِي بِهِ إِلَى الْمَذْبَحِ وَيَحْلِفُ بِاللهِ
