أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ، قَالَا:
الْمُكَاتَبُ طَلَاقُهُ، وَجِرَاحَتُهُ، وَشَهَادَتُهُ، وَمِيرَاثُهُ، وَدِيَتُهُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْعَبْدِ ".
