أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْأَسْلَمِيُّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ، مَعَ نِسَاءٍ فِي نِكَاحٍ
