أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ فِي الْحُدُودِ، وَلَا رَجُلٍ عَلَى شَهَادَةِ رَجُلٍ، وَلَا يُكْفَلُ رَجُلٌ فِي حَدٍّ ".
