أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ، إِلَّا فِي الْعَتَاقَةِ، وَالدَّيْنِ، وَالْوَصِيَّةِ.
