أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ:
إِذَا قَالَ: مَا زَافَ عَلَيَّ مِنْ شَيْءٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ جَيِّدًا رَدَدْتُهُ عَلَيْكَ، فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، هَذَا لَهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ، إِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ يَقُولُ: إِنْ رَضِيتُهَا وَإِلَّا رَدَدْتُهَا
