أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ:
إِذَا صَرَفْتَ بِدِينَارٍ عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ وَنِصْفًا فَلَا تَأْخُذْ بِالنِّصْفِ طَعَامًا، وَلَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا فِضَّةً. فَإِنْ شَرَطْتَ عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ وَمُدَّيْنِ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ
