أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ إِلَى أَهْلِ نَجْرَانَ " أَنِّي قَدِ اسْتَوْصَيْتُ يَعْلَى بِمَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنْكُمْ خَيْرًا، وَأَمَرْتُهُ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ نِصْفَ مَا عَمِلَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ، وَلَسْتُ أُرِيدُ إِخْرَاجَكُمْ مِنْهَا مَا أَصْلَحْتُمْ، وَرَضِيتُمْ عَمَلَكُمْ
