أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ:
وَإِذَا سَلَّفْتَ مِائَةَ دِرْهَمٍ فِي مِائَةِ فَرَقٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ يَقُولُ: أَنْقُدُكَ الْآنَ خَمْسِينَ، وَخَمْسِينَ إِلَى شَهْرٍ - فَالْبَيْعُ كُلُّهُ فَاسِدٌ؛ لِأَنَّ الْعُقْدَةَ وَاحِدَةٌ
