أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ - أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ قَالَ:
إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ فِيهَا، وَلَا شُفْعَةَ فِي بِئْرٍ وَلَا فَحْلٍ
