✧ Letting the garment hang down

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَسْدِلَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ قَمِيصٌ، فَأَمَّا إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ إِزَارٌ فَلَا يَسْدِلُ
Translation
✧ That he saw no harm in a man letting his garment hang down when he was wearing a shirt, but if he was wearing only a waist-wrapper, he should not let it hang down.
