أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
اخْتُصِمَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فِي رَجُلٍ اكْتَرَى مِنْ رَجُلٍ ظَهْرَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ لَمْ أَخْرُجْ يَوْمَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَلَكَ زِيَادَةُ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَحَبَسَهُ ! فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " مَنْ شَرَطَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ شَرْطًا طَائِعًا غَيْرَ مُكْرَهٍ أَجَزْنَاهُ عَلَيْهِ
