أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ بُرْقَانَ يَسْأَلُ الزُّهْرِيَّ قَالَ: يَأْتِينِي الرَّجُلُ يَطْلُبُ عِنْدِي الْمَتَاعَ، فَلَا يَكُونُ عِنْدِي. فَأَبْعَثُ إِلَى رَجُلٍ وَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ، فَيُرْسِلُ إِلَيَّ بِهِ، فَأُرِيهِ الرَّجُلَ، فَأَقُولُ: هَذَا مِنْ حَاجَتِكَ ؟ فَيَقُولُ: نَعَمْ. فَأَشْتَرِيهِ مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ، فَأَبِيعُهُ مِنْهُ ؟ فَكَرِهَهُ ". فَقَالَ جَعْفَرٌ: مَا كُنَّا نَرَاهُ إِلَّا مِنْ أَحْسَنِ الْبُيُوعِ، فَقَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: " هُوَ مَكْرُوهٌ
