أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرَ عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ النَّوْعَانِ مِنَ الْعُرُوضِ مِمَّا لَا يُكَالُ وَلَا يُوزَنُ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَبِيعَ طَاقًا بِكِرْبَاسَتَيْنِ، يُعَجِّلُ إِحْدَى الْبَيْعَتَيْنِ
