أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
إِنْ كَانَ التَّسْلِيفُ لَيْسَ بِهِ فِي الْأَصْلِ بَأْسٌ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِالرَّهْنِ وَالْحَمِيلِ فِيهِ
