أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْحَائِضِ يُصِيبُهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ: لَمْ أَسْمَعْ فِيهِ بِكَفَّارَةٍ مَعْلُومَةٍ، فَلْيَسْتَغْفِرِ اللهَ.
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, from ʿAṭāʾ, who said:
✧ I asked him about a man who has intercourse with his menstruating wife. He said: I have not heard of any specific expiation for it, so he should seek forgiveness from Allah.
