عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
يُبَاشِرُ الْحَائِضَ زَوْجُهَا إِذَا كَانَ عَلَى جَزْلَتِهَا السُّفْلَى إِزَارٌ، سَمِعْنَا ذَلِكَ
Translation

✧ A husband may have intimate contact with his menstruating wife if there is a waist-wrapper over her lower part. We heard that.
