✧ The menstruating woman hearing the verse of prostration

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ مَرَّتْ حَائِضٌ بِقَوْمٍ يَقْرَءُونَ فَيَسْجُدُونَ أَتَسْجُدُ مَعَهُمْ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَدْ مُنِعَتْ خَيْرًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ: الصَّلَاةَ
Translation
✧ I said to Ata: What do you think if a menstruating woman passes by people who are reciting and they prostrate, should she prostrate with them? He said: No. She has been prevented from something better than that: the prayer.
