✧ Medicine that stops menstruation

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ تَحِيضُ يُجْعَلُ لَهَا دَوَاءٌ فَتَرْتَفِعُ حَيْضَتُهَا، وَهِيَ فِي قُرْئِهَا كَمَا هِيَ، تَطُوفُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، إِذَا رَأَتِ الطُّهْرَ فَإِذَا هِيَ رَأَتْ خُفُوقًا وَلَمْ تَرَ الطُّهْرَ الْأَبْيَضَ فَلَا.
Translation
✧ Ata was asked about a menstruating woman for whom medicine is prepared so that her menstruation ceases, while she is in her period as it is—may she perform tawaf? He said: Yes, if she sees purity. But if she sees a flicker and does not see the white discharge, then no.
