مَنْ ظَاهَرَ فَجَعَلَ امْرَأَتَهُ كَامْرَأَةٍ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ نِكَاحُهَا فَنَرَى أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ كَفَّارَةَ الظِّهَارِ
