عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
كَانَ طَلَاقُ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الظِّهَارَ، وَظَاهَرَ رَجُلٌ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ الطَّلَاقَ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ فِيهِ الْكَفَّارَةَ
